We have available L1 slots from the Interview Panel, kindly check your skillset & share the resume for this position. Interview L1 Slots are available this week. We are looking for a Performance Engineer – MySQL to focus on performance and load, analyzing and tuning database behavior under load.

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and tune database behavior under load, including query/index optimization, lock, and replication-lag analysis
  • Monitor database saturation such as connections, IOPS, and buffer pool
  • Pinpoint database bottlenecks and advise on scaling including instance upgrades, schema separation, and sharding

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Strong experience with MariaDB and MySQL
  • Experience with load testing, lock analysis, and bottleneck identification
